Thanks, everyone, for your thoughts on gemstones. I am not content with simple

esoteric

explanations, ie color corresponding to chacra, because the effect seems to be

so concrete, directly

on the area of the body the stone lies on.

I received Hulda 's " Cure for all Diseases " yesterday, and reading her

discoveries caused me to

wonder if the stones resonnate along with the bacteria and therefore interfere

with their energy, or

if it works on a completely different principle. I also thought that, perhaps,

stones only begin to

resonnate (to feel active, or full of healing energy) if there is something in

the body that is

'answering' to their basic 'frequency' for lack of a better word. In other

words, would an illness

cause one to reach out for the right stone?

In the beginning of December I have my next active phase with Lyme, and I'm

planning on using the

stones then to see what happens. I'm doing other stuff too, (silver100,

homeopathy) but these

haven't had much effect against these active phases that feel really very active

indeed!

At some point, I'm thinking of zapping or whatever, too. I joined this group to

read along and learn

what's being developed. Thanks again for your thoughts and reading suggestions.

If anyone has more

to contribute, perhaps it's better to write me privately so that this board

isn't detracted. Does

anyone know of another email list that deals with gemstones? I've been

unsuccessful at finding any

resources that are not primarily esoteric--not bad, but not what I'm looking

for.
