I have found the UNDA's previously mentioned, high doses of HMF replete and

citricidin work well. I have also used mentharils (enteric coated pepp, thyme,

oregano oil) if the picture is more in the lower GI. The above works as a

preventative if you are in contact with ill family members, patients etc. COP

and vinegar packs also help.
