Vaccine Injury cases sealed- statement by DOJ

I need help finding actual proof of a statement which is being

circulated on many websites regarding this:

" Federal claims court moves to seal documents relating to all autism

and vaccine injury cases following the Hannah Poling case. "

I would like the proof to be from a government website or

spokesperson from the DOJ if at all possible. The best I could find

so far is that the Department of Justice lawyers asked a special

master in the US Court of Federal Claims for a protective order on

behalf of Tommy G. , the secretary of Health and Human

Services, whose department administers a government fund to

compensate people injured by vaccines. The claims are being heard by

Special Master Hastings in a 'vaccine court' part of the NVIC.
