My son has had two brain MRI's to check for hydrocephaly - one at age 2 and one at age 7, the year he actually received his formal ASD diagnosis, incidentally - but although both showed some odd brain structure such as very large ventricles and sulci spaces, and a considerable difference in size between the left and right hemispheres, there was nothing that has helped anyone who was focused on his ASD in any way.
