Aloha and brilliant minds/doctors,I have a special friend from high school that has become famous for his trials and tribs. He had termimal cancer, ALL, and refused to go home and die. He found a small hospital in Minnesota (after Stanford and many other hospitals said nothing can be done and fully chemo'd him, etc). that did a stem cell transplant like they do in Europe. He has been cancer free for about 4 years. In a hospital in Seattle, supposedly the best for his type of cancer, his ID was stolen and this is how he got famous, mainly. While deep into chemo and radiation, he finally figured out one of the staff was guilty and with much effort had him prosecuted under the HIPAA laws, the first in the country (and only still?). He has been on Montel, Dateline etc etc and now runs a cancer foundation to help

others get real info about their dx and tx options, financial help etc. and started an ID theft co. One of his sites: www.ericdrewfoundation.orgHis story is truly amazing. But I am writing to you because he is in bad shape d/t the high doses of steroids while under going conventional care 4-5 years ago. The Avascular Necrosis has started to destroy his ankle, knee and hip joints. We know this is progessive and not much can be done, but his MDs (37! and supposedly the best joint surgeon in the country, again at Stanford) have made things much worse with botched surgeries and extended immobilizations (casts). Any ideas in this case such as Colchine, strontium, etc for bone health and bone pain? He has some benefits from anti-inflam diet (fish oils) and physio therapy and a few homeopathics I tried last year (sulpher for the burning pain and calc carb/flur, I think). Main SSX are extreme burning pains in legs and

ankle with permanent immobility in both ankles and in one knee that was replaced and casted too long with extreme edema. Hard case I know, just wondering if anyone has had successes, good studies or further info or advice.Continued Blessings,Always, Dr. Brad This e-mail may contain legally privileged and/or confidential information.
