Guest guest Posted May 29, 2001 Report Share Posted May 29, 2001 I have been following the Body for Life routine for 10 weeks. The last several weeks I do not notice or feel and progress. I feel the routine may be getting old. I would like to change it; however, I am not sure what to do. As I said I have been using the 12,10,8,6,12,12 routine.
