Weight lifting routine--stale

I have been following the Body for Life routine for 10 weeks. The

last several weeks I do not notice or feel and progress. I feel the

routine may be getting old. I would like to change it; however, I am

not sure what to do. As I said I have been using the 12,10,8,6,12,12

routine. How do I tweak the system without getting too far off the

program? I believe in this program. Any help?
