TIMES HAVE CHANGED

TIME TO WAKE UP

Most of you here are on a pathway to spiritual unfoldment.

I am here not to preach; yet to remind you that your physical

well-being is very important and your body, mind and spirit all work

in conjunction with one another.

Your body is the temple of your spirit.

You do not have to totally change your eating habits and sign-up at a gym.

Walking is excellent for reducing stress or ridding one�s self of

depression.

You can practice affirmations as you walk.

I am love; love I am

I am peace; peace I am

I am health; health I am

Just a 40 minute walk, or the like, drinking more water, eating a

banana and/or an apple a day is a good start.

Give up the sodas in exchange for water. Give up the junk sweets in

exchange for natural sugars from fruits.

Throw away your artificial sweeteners.

Replace a � hour of T.V. with a Meditation of some kind to reduce your

stress level.

Personally; I walk three miles a day. I drink lots of Soda Water at

room temperature. I drink a morning blender drink with fruit, nuts,

Spirulina and cayenne pepper in it.

I get all of my essential and non-essential amino acids, protein,

vitamin B's, C, calcium, etc from this blender drink.

My Morning Blender Drink

Heaping teaspoon of Spirulina

Level teaspoon of 90,000 heat unit cayenne pepper

1 apple [or an extra banana in place of an apple]

1 banana

Frozen blueberries

Frozen strawberries

15 almonds, or so and some walnuts

Club Soda

Spirulina is an incredible source of concentrated nutrients. It is 65%

protein, making it the world's highest known source of protein. Raw

meat is only 27% protein, and even soybeans are only 34% protein. The

protein in Spirulina contains all eight essential amino acids; making

it the complete protein. Spirulina is the world's highest known source

of B-12 with high concentrations of vitamins A, B01, B-2, B-6, D, E,

H, and E.

In addition Spirulina also provides all necessary minerals, trace

elements, cell salts and digestive enzymes. The list does not end

here, however, because Spirulina also offers an abundance of

cholorophyll, ferrodoxins, and other pigments........

Spirulina is the highest source, other than mother's milk, of the

human growth factor Gama Linolinic Acid [GLA]

Spiruina is a virtual storehouse of antioxidant elements which prevent

or retard aging caused by free radical auto-oxidation, Spirulina is

one the highest concentrated sources of the sulfur-containing amino

acid Cysteine.....

1 gram of Spirulina contains as much calcium as 16 grams of milk. 300%

more calcium than found in chcken.

The recommended daily intake of Spirulina [16 grams] contains 110% of

the FDA of Iron for males and 63% for females.
