I do know people that have lost a lot of weight by this type of diet - and I would probably lose more then the 13 pounds 15 months of Taebo lost. >> I love rye with caraway seeds and found one that is high in fiber and low in calories (50 per huge slice) le, try a food diary or journal cuz it took me years to figure out foods that caused a huge energy low a couple of hours after eating like bagels and pancakes or anything with maple syrup. Each person is different and certain foods can have different effects even in different combinations. Barb who has never had a sugar low after a yogurt fruit smoothie but has after alot of other types of breakfasts
Guest guest
Thanks for sharing Nae. I figured the same thing would happen to me too. There has to be something about it because I know people can loose a lot of weight with it. I posted a question re: this subject on another board and had a guy e-mail me saying some really not so nice things - I can't help it if I KNOW I won't be able to live that way forever. I just want a happy medium, not to have to be deprieved of foods. BUT THAT IS MY OPINION Regarding MY body - I'm happy for those that can make it work for them. My hats off to'em. le > le, I did this low carb diet, and lost tons of weight, (about 20 lbs > in two weeks) but after a while, I began craving my carbs again and ended > stopping the diet, When I resumed my regular eating pattern, I gained all > the weight back along with about 10 more lbs. Guest guest
This is so true le. I have a friend who is on the same diet and is steadily losing weight and continuing to live with almost no carbs. Whatever is clever for you is what I always say. Right now I am involved in weight watchers along with doing taebo 5-6 times a week. I am losing weight, and I am not depriving myself, just staying within my point range. I think I will stick to it because it works for me....Nae Re: Pooped/Joya > Thanks for sharing Nae.
