Hi Barb. No, I steadily lost the weight and actually went down to about 168

when my wife started to complain that I was looking too " drawn " . We agreed

that about 175 would be right and that's the weight that I've maintained ever

since. If you lost an inch off your waistline but no weight on the scale

it's probably because you developed some muscle, which weighs more than fat.

I'm trying to not pay so much attention to my weight and more to dimensions

such as waist size for that reason.

Thanks for the info, maybe I'll try AL2. It's not that I dislike AL1, it's

just that I find the workout to be a little less challenging than the

original Advanced tape.
