No, I steadily lost the weight and actually went down to about 168 when my wife started to complain that I was looking too " drawn " . We agreed that about 175 would be right and that's the weight that I've maintained ever since. If you lost an inch off your waistline but no weight on the scale it's probably because you developed some muscle, which weighs more than fat. AL2 is a great workout..........If you ever have the urge to buy another tape and need suggestions, let us know. Thanks for the info, maybe I'll try AL2.
