Guest guest
Hi Dr. Jeff— Glad that you are back too! I tried to e-mail you privately, but it kept bouncing. S. The significant problems we have cannot be solved at the same level of thinking with which we created them. Albert Einstein From: Texas-Autism-Advocacy [mailto:Texas-Autism-Advocacy ] On Behalf Of Dr. Jeff Cunningham Sent: Tuesday, May 27, 2008 9:33 AM To: Texas-Autism-Advocacy Subject: [sPAM]Re: question on gfcf diet I had about a dozen people that got testy with me about leaving. After discussing it with over the weekend, I decided that if I am able to help a few people out then I suppose it is worth the mess of having people call me names because of the school I attended. What is the underlying issue with those folks is apparently that they have given up hope on their children. I suppose that is a foreign approach to me. There is no child anywhere that I will give up on. I may not be able to " cure " them or even help them, but I will never, ever abandon them and write them off as " sorry, can't do you no good. " So, perhaps I just do not undertand those that are so bitter. Regardless, thank you for your nice words and of all the folks that emailed me after my " sabbatical " . I will try to just dismiss the negative nillies as someone who would probably not want my advice even if I had studied under Einstein. I didn't, by the way. I studied under one of Einstein's STUDENTS. Jeff Cunningham, DC , TX www.zoesplaceclinic.com Re: question on gfcf diet I am not in the business of recommending other people's work, but the most obvious thing to do is to educate yourself as to what, where and when. I recommend the GFCF diet cookbooks that can help not only your child, but also everyone in the family. There are apparently some very tasty treats and even places like HEB are handling some of the GFCF materials. Also please note that there are quite a few Whole Foods stores around. Regardless, I would go to amazon.com and just look for a book or two regarding the GFCF diet and find one that is suitable to your needs. For about $15 you can learn everything you need to know about this. Here is a link to one of the books that looks very interesting and gets excellent feedback. You can actually look at wome of the excerpts from the book by clicking on the icon of the book: HYPERLINK " http://www.amazon.
