Guest guest
*chuckle* Well, it's just a more scientific type of eating plan, not without dissimilarities to BFL, that I discovered after BFL via the promptings of another BFL list member. " NHE " stands for _Natural Hormonal Enhancement_, which is a book by fitness expert Rob Faigin that focuses on macronutrient cycling - going low-carb / high-protein / moderate-fat on most days but interspersed with periodic " carb- loading. " The intent is to enhance one's hormones in three basic areas: fat- burning, muscle-building, and the immune system. That's Faigin's eating plan. His workout principles are essentially the same as BFL. If you want to find out more, check out Faigin's site http://www.extique.com, or the other Yahoo list that I co-moderate, http://groups.yahoo.com/group/naturalhormonalenhancement. Best wishes, Andy > What is NHE? > And why cant we talk about whatever it is lol
