Guest guest
Living in the midst of this now. I will try to make this as pc as I can: I meditate on a prayer that my faith group uses; it's short, just 12 words, but it helps me to relax. I sometimes use ear plugs to block off any sound that may otherwise draw my attention. I may take a couple advil (I know it's sometimes a trigger for some, has not bothered me yet). Worst case, I get out of bed and read. I am looking forward to hearing other ideas as well. Mike To: asthma Sent: Thursday, December 11, 2008 2:09:38 AMSubject: Steroids keep anyone awake at night?
