He has also promised a free blanket to all poor men. Of course, no clothes for these blanketed men. So what are these poor topless women supposed to do if they feel cold? Simple! Get inside the blankets with the poor naked men. However, the astute politician is also far sighted. He is perfectly aware of what will happen if the potent mixture of topless women and Blanketed naked men comes together. So he has also offered a free government job to all victims of Rape. They probably will be welcomed with a " Saree madam, here's a job! " The next few months will probably see a long waiting list at the friendly, neighbourhood Goonda's house of victims who want certificates of rape issued by him so that they can get a government job. And the secretary of the Goonda would probably say, " Sorry, but saab cannot accommodate you for at least a month. He is fully booked up! " Pretty soon, looking at the volume of rapes already occurring in UP, all the government jobs will be taken over by victims of rape. The politician will need to create more and more jobs, to guarantee every rape victim a job. Thus the term: " The government is all screwed up! " will acquire a whole new meaning.
