Ebony,

Congratulations on the inches lost and on the 45 lbs gone! That is

hardly " just a start " .....I'd say you are well on your way. Heck,

you've passed the half way mark and are on the downhill home.

Remember, this is a journey and it doesn't matter how long it takes

because there will be subtle changes along the way. Just try not to

discouraged when it seems as though nothing is happening anymore,

because things are definitely happening, sometimes the changes just

aren't visible to us because we look for them in all the wrong

places. You will reach your goals....I'm sure of it. You have

already come so far.....you should be incredibly proud of yourself!

Way to go!!!!

THANKS BARB!!.

WHAT YOU ARE SAYING IS TRUE AND SOMETHING REALLY DEEP.

I AM HOPING THAT I CAN KEEP THIS UP.

I AM BACK TO THE WEIGHT I WAS BEFORE I GOT PREGNANT.

AND I STILL NEEDED TO LOSE WEIGHT. BUT IT IS GREAT TO KNOW THAT WHAT I AM

DOING IS WORKING. I AM GOING TO COMBINE MY TAEBO WITH CALLANETICS TO LOSE

EXTRA INCHES.
