Some say extra vitamin C helps, one on the list has used activated charcoal,

make sure you get plenty of fiber, lots of rest, and lots of purified water.

I started DMSA right after removal. I am on my 7th round. I started with very

low doses - about 17mg. I think the idea is to reduce the mercury in the blood

before starting ALA.
