Dh and I packed up to leave for the shore for the weekend thought we had everything right down to all my meds. Well we get over there and start finishing up our Christmas shopping, I had a sore throat so we went to Rite Aid, and out of the blue dh asked if I had my portable nebulizer, I freaked out, The pharmacist told us where to locate a nebulizer. Got a nice one for 40 bucks NOT BAD and it's a nice machine but it's not a traveling one. Then went to CVS to get a refill on my xoponex and I had no refills left. I started tearing up the pharmacist at CVS said No biggie call your dr on call and he'll call you in an emergency supply, I was so upset we went straight to the hotel to use the machine, I had to go through 2 treatments. I never leave home without it. Dh was soo calm about it, he has a card that has money on it that we can use for prescriptions and he had me use that instead of taking money out of my own wallet to pay for this stuff. Then this am the wind was blowing soo hard on the water that he loaded the car brought me a blanket to cover my face and we got on the road, well we both were starving so we ate at the same crackerbarrell as on Thanksgiving, well we met up with several of his coworkers there and we all had breakfast/lunch together, What an awesome weekend. Those on the Other asthma group I sent 1 or 2 photos of me in my gown.

I had my inhalers and Xanax I bet you from here on out I'll always have that nebulizer with me!
