Guest guest
Shot..reply to my post....should I drink coffee before the work out or after? Someone motivate me!! I started working and have totally forgotten about Tae-Bo...So a question...How much time do you give yourselves in the morning to do Tae-Bo if you have to go to work? Keep in mind that my going to work entails me walking 1 minute to get there. Tomorrow morning I have to be there at 8:30. Also, count a shower into this. And a BL2 for 30 minutes. I know if I add Tae-Bo back into my daily I can lose some more inches...all I do all day long is stand and walk around and the good thing is that I don't munch on snacks now! I actually drink a lot more water now cause I am thirsty from walking around all the time. I think I need to do what some others have done and for everyday I do Tae-Bo I should give myself a star or something and when I get to so many stars I buy myself something. One good thing though, even though I have not been doing my Tae-Bo faithfully I went to buy a dress for the wedding that I went to and I still fit into a 14 perfectly fine! I was happy about that! Well, they are still in my house, but I don't actually take them anymore. Usually a friend will come over and grab one and take it if he is really tired and needs a lift or something...personally I have had days in the past few weeks where I have had little sleep and still didn't take one. My weight is holding and that is all I need right now. I don't need those pills though!! >> What sort of pills were you taking?
