Collin,

They are high glycemic carbs. I would stay away from them except

on free day if that's what you are craving. Sorry!

Read the labels. I guess you have to trust that they're not

blatantly lying to you, but then again I don't believe any reputable

companies out there are actually lying in their product labels, at

least not in lables that give you the percentage breakdown of what's

in the food.

I'd make them a treat, because they're probably rather sugary, and

you want more starchy carbs. A 30:70 ratio of sugars to starches is

healthy.
