Guest guest
Hi , Thanks for sharing that. I'm soo happy for you!! I like the idea of picking up the amount of what you've lost and that will help to see how much it really is. I've never thought about that!! I have about 60 pounds to lose so I don't think I'll go and find something weighing that much and lift it!! Even lifting 10 pounds and thinking about getting that much off the body is something to think about. Thank-you. ) In a message dated 6/6/2000 11:01:43 AM Eastern Daylight Time, Agaw12577@... writes: << Last night, while struggling to carry a 25 pound bag of kitty litter into the house, I realized that I have lost the equivalent of 3 of those bags! Guest guest
Mark, please share your diet with us. Especially how many grams of protein you are eating per day. Are you taking any EFA's? I imagine he's an exception though - or else, is he eating 12x a day? The average person can't absorb more than 50g of protein in one sitting. For me, though, that 1.6 x bodyweight calculation would be great, cuz it wouldn't put me at 50g/sitting. So thanks for the tip. Andy
