The level of oxygen in your blood. Normal is 96% and above, ok is

anything over 85% for most people. However, as it has been explained

to me anything under 90% is a major issue for asthmatics and in my

particular situation I have to monitor mine frequently (the little

finger pulse/ox thingy) and keep mine above 94%.
