Guest guest
The level of oxygen in your blood. Normal is 96% and above, ok is anything over 85% for most people. However, as it has been explained to me anything under 90% is a major issue for asthmatics and in my particular situation I have to monitor mine frequently (the little finger pulse/ox thingy) and keep mine above 94%. Guest guest
Madeline, My post to you never went up, so this may be a duplicate if it ever shows up. Anyway, I just wanted to thank you for answering my question. And I am assuming from what you said that it is a good thing? Thanks, again, Alana > > The level of oxygen in your blood.
