Re: I think my dog had a stroke, I have DMSO & cayenne pepper

The dosage for a human is, I think, a teaspoon in 3 ounces of orange juice every 15 minutes for 2 hours, then every half hour for 2 hours.

Are you sure it's not arthritis? My older dog, who had never shown signs of arthritis at all, one day wouldn't get up, wouldn't eat or drink. I took him to the vets and it was arthritis. Strange thing is, he still never shows signs of pain or anything, but when the weather changes drastically, spring and fall, he will spend a day or two lying around, unable to get up. After the weather passes, he's fine. If it is arthritis the DMSO will be good for him anyway.

Good luck.

I have been wondering about the cayenne pepper bit & how to use it.

Does one take ordinary ground cayenne pepper and put in orange juice.

Or does one do a tincture or extract of some sort? With DMSO?? I

heard that Hillary said she uses pepper for energy. I wondered if it

was like this or whole peppers of some kind or another.

Would it be ok where I am " recovering " (I think, I hope) from

congestive heart failure. After several months of hugh doses of

everything possible, I am about 1000% improved for energy ... now

instead of just walking across the room and feeling exhausted, I can

actually walk or be up and around for several hours before crashing.

(Actually due to my feet problems I can't " walk " far .. but at least

am able to work sitting, etc. So ... have had my antenna tuned to all

things to pep me up & possibly help the heart muscle too.

You should read up on Dr Schulze - he cured his congestive heart failure

using a combination of things but primarily hawthorne (a very powerful

herb for the heart) and cayenne (considered by some to the the closest

thing to an all around 'miracle herb' there is)...

Here is a good link to an article about Dr Schulze and Dr s

(he was Dr Schulzes mentor) use of cayenne - Dr Schulze tends to

increase the dosages originally used by Dr , in most cases, a

lot...

Jane ( & anyone interested):

What I've done is:

1) Continued & upped my usage of my " mixed dried greens " , (i.e.,

dried parsley, spinach, dillweed (not seed) and chives) in and on

everything possible, (e.g. scrambled eggs, potatoes, salads, etc. ...

everything but desserts almost):

2) Started using 6-10 drops of Lugol's solution in drinks over the

course of every 24 hours;

3) DMSO on all aches, pains, inflammations, infections. Make creams

with Aloe Vera Gel or Juice and/or the Dollar General generic version

of Vaseline Intensive Cares Aloe Vera Lotion which I use if drying

skin out too much, around on face, tender areas.

4)Sometimes have used the Povidone (10% iodine it says)with the DMSO

cream. For insect repellent and possible therapeutic effects have done

my own " Thieve's OiL Extract " blend of 5-7 of the strong herbs

comprising regular Thieves Oil only in water base. (Oregano, cloves,

thyme, and ?? I've forgotten now)

5) Upped my use of herbal vinegar, (which I brewed myself of 27

herbs & real apple cider vinegar, not the flavored) which I try to use

in some form or another with equal honey either straight mix or in

drink ... (remember old country docs prescribing a drink of vinegar

honey water every day?) I keep a container with equal amounts

honey/vinegar mix which I will use either straight that way a spoon or

two a day, or in water.

6) Vit C powder added to just about all my drinks.

7) I often start out the morning with warming the honey in bottom of

glass with 1/4 cup or so of filtered water, dried beet powder,

cinnamon, ginger, and sometimes tumeric all warmed gently in microwave

... not boiled ... just enough to mix the honey & then fill the glass

with filtered water, a touch of salt, and lemon squeeze. This is what

I take my vitamins with : COQ10 300 mg. B vits mix, vision

supplement, multi-supplement.

I have to sign this off now as terrible storm heading in.

More later. .... Joyce

You should be on hawthorn tea or tincture for your heart. It is a long term herb, meaning that it takes a while to kick in, but it is the best heart herb out there, and will regulate it and strengthen it.As for the cayenne--you don't have to put it in orange juice. In emergencies many people just put it in warm water and drink it down. I think the best way to take it is to get fresh hot peppers--the hottest you can find in your area--and throw them in a blender, cover with the cheapest american vodka (by law all american vodka is the same) and blend. This will make kind of a mush. Dump that mush into a jar, pour in enough vodka to cover the mush by about an inch, label the jar and set it aside for at least 2 weeks. I leave mine for months, only straining out enough to use each time.

Then, after it has sat for however long you want, strain out enough to fill up a small dropper bottle--one or 2 ounces. Now all you have to do is--get use to the heat. lol When I first started taking it I could only take one drop, and I danced around the kitchen, sweating and cursing. Now I can take a whole dropper full. Do I like it? Nope, but it is SO good for you. It moves blood, stimulates circulation. When I cut my fingers on the saw I was about to pass out. I could feel it happening. I told my husband to give me a spoonful of cayenne tincture and I swallowed it, and instantly I recovered. It can stop heart attacks and strokes, keep you awake when you are bored to death and seasons chili just fine. :-)

If you don't want to make a tincture (which I think is the easiest way to take it) then you can always just get the cayenne powder and mix that into whatever liquid you want. Plus if you are bleeding badly from a cut the powder will stop the bleeding. So will the tincture (it stopped my fingers) but you can pack the powder in rather than pour the tincture. I think packing for a cut is probably better. You don't have to worry about the powder being in the cut either.

samala,

I have been wondering about the cayenne pepper bit & how to use it.

Does one take ordinary ground cayenne pepper and put in orange juice.

Or does one do a tincture or extract of some sort? With DMSO?? I

heard that Hillary said she uses pepper for energy. I wondered if it

was like this or whole peppers of some kind or another.
