Hi,

I entered " What is the dalton molecular weight of Vit. C? " and came up with

a site. Not that I understood it but here it is:

Vit.+C%3F & btnG=Search

Hello there.

By the way, just want to thank you all for your thoughtful replies to my posting on "Vitamin C across the Blood Brain Barrier?".

Hopefully one day there will be definitive studies done (if they do not exist already) to show whether or not DMSO (and maybe even Mannitol too?) can help facilitate the crossing of the blood brain barrier (BBB) by ascorbic acid (vitamin C) in its unaltered form (not requiring it to be first converted into dehdyroascorbic acid before it can pass through the BBB).

best wishes and thanks again,
