NEWS RELEASE - IAOMT JOINS AMERICANS AGAINST MERCURY

April 18, 2001-

For Immediate Release

IAOMT Joins Coalition of Americans against Mercury

The International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology, a professional organization comprising of dentists, physicians, scientists and other researchers who seek to improve the quality and safety of oral medicine and dentistry, is the latest organization joining the Coalition of Americans against Mercury.

The IAOMT is very respected organization, with over 400 members in North America and Chapters around the world, who has been very instrumental in providing some of the latest scientific information about the health risks associated with mercury dental fillings.

A representative of the IAOMT will be presenting at a News Conference scheduled for 9:30 A.M.at the National Press Club in Washington on April 24th, where numerous legal and other actions relating to the damages caused by mercury in vaccines, dental materials and the environment will be announced.
