If you receive ANY e-mails from anyone that says:

> Take a look to the attachment.

This would be as a result of someone having caught the virus and passed it

forward.

I've been innundated with letters that say someoone either tried to open the

attachment or they couldn't and am worried for everyone because already it's

been passed to me twice now and I have sent it to 368 people on two mailing

lists.

The EASIEST way to check to see if you've been affected is to go to RUN and

then find your " sysedit " file. Within that folder you should have no

trouble finding a file called " win.ini. "

Look at the line that says " RUN= " . It should not have anything after it.

It should look exactly like that.

If you have something after the RUN= line, you've been affected and need to

go to a past post and follow those instructions to the letter.

Individuals on two mailing lists dealing with autism are now affected. They

are and also the Our Kids Mailing List run by Randy .

So let's be aware of this " take a look to the attachment " ...

The virus automatically sent these letters with the attachments to all mail

that I deleted one morning.
