It is truly a good thing that you know that you are allergic to it;

it is not that hard to avoid. Just means reading labels or even

simpler, just eat only organic food. That will help you get healthier

faster anyhow.

Petroleum is very difficult to avoid, it is not always listed in the

ingredients if it is very small amounts. Petroleum is in many things

besides foods including plastics, vinyls, polyester and upholstery.

Mineral oil is the hardest petroleum product to avoid. Even 100% cotton

clothing usually has poly/cotton thread holding it together.
