Guest guest Posted November 23, 2008 Report Share Posted November 23, 2008 Just to let you all know, Im in the process of moving to Ga. We spent last week house hunting, successfully. And now the packers & movers will be here this week. Im not sure when Ill get online next..although we are staying at my aunts house for a little bit before we actually move on Saturday. Last week was a good trial run for my allergies/asthma. There are lots of leaves on the ground where we will be living which is one of the things that can trigger me...however, as long as I kept up on my meds, I seemed to do ok. We have to burn our leaves there so we will probably burn whats there, then mulch any new stuff after we get the yard cleaned up. Oddly enough deciduous trees are one of my main allergies yet one of MY criteria for our new house was trees in the yard....I cant stand a yard without trees. (its one thing if they were old and fell...but a new yard without trees just looks barren). Anyway...I may pop in for a post or two, but for the most part, Ill be away for awhile. I hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving and is attack free. Madeline, Im really glad to see you are holding steady and able to fight off this cold so far. Dont let it get you down girl. You know I would be asking on post after a day or two about where are you! LOL. I love trees as well, but we are considering a move to the beach (I just do so much better there) and I really don't like the beach for that reason (oh and the sand!)
