Guest guest
Yes, Dr. Batmanghelidg's book convinced me to try the " water cure " ... that and the forum around his teachings from out of his Iranian prison experiences with just water to cure about 3000. I very gingerly approached my congestive heart failure with MORE water but yes, it did help ... along with a lot of other things. Guest guest
>Do you have a site that I can research it? Ed< Sorry, no, this is something very new that was discovered by some fellows who are working on " Joe Cells " . I was told about it in private several months ago, but the fellow who told me about it went public with about 2 weeks ago. He said that by using it for the rotator cuff injury that he was trying it for, while it didn't do a lot for that injury, it did a lot for his testosterone production. That really perked my ears so I ran right out and made one. Actually I made 3, including the short nes I made that are one fourth and one eighth of the original measurement. As I said earlier, any results from them are just too early to tell. DB

The salt deficiency happened last year because of something I read and decided to try. It turned out to be a very bad move. Daddybob
Guest guest
>What are " JOE CELLS " ? Please give me more info. Ed.< This goes way off topic for this group and hardly has any applicability to healing, except that some people who have built Joe Cells report that they mysteriously seem to be healed of various ailments when they get a Joe cell to working- which is a feat unto itself. A Joe Cell is an alternative energy device- an " etheric " device- which was first built by a fellow in Australia who will only allow himself to be known publicly as Joe. The whole thing is a really wild tale. The devices are notoriously tricky to build and to get to work, then they are wildly uncontrollable. You can google it to learn more and there are a couple of yahoo groups devoted to it. Daddybob No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG. Guest guest
Greetings and thanks to all the good advice. I've been hearing about hawthorne and juniper and magnesium all mentioned here in group for suggestions. I haven't added any singles of mag but just as included in multi's etc. This month tho am trying a couple new " packs " just for heart health and other from Dr. Whitaker's site and from Wellness Resources and I know mag is included, hopefully adequate enough. Then, being an avid Do It Yourselfer, (both from necessity and curiosity on better ways to do things and farmer/etc. most of earlier life), I have decided I have to try to ID and find my own Hawthorne and Juniper trees to make extracts from so went on Google Images to try to find adequate ID photos to set out in search of locally ... and am somewhat clearer but ... as with the junipers, I had almost decided almost anything " pine tree " looking seemed to be labeled if it had berries of some sort ... then noticed that " hemlock " also appears that way ... which made me wonder HOW to tell the difference, as from reputation alone, I do not care to accidentally get the hemlock!! We just had my husband's primary medication need hit the " donut hole " of Medicares plan D, so we are looking at $400/mo. for it OR finding samples, or other alternatives which we're usually just barely above income levels so we end up much worse than pure poverty as far as some " help " goes in those gaps. So, the vitamins, minerals, supplements which now came to $200 this month, (one tho is 6 mos. supply and other is 2 mo. supply) mean to me I better get these " extras " to try such as the Hawthorne and Juniper where I can in the neighborhood and my kitchen!! And to find time and energy for just being out in the cool parts of the day, before or after gnats, mosquitos etc. as this year my homemade repellents arent completely doing the trick and seems like when new gnat bites (or whatever) are added, it makes the itch of the old flare-up probably from compromised immune sys. I'm using clay (inside & out) as well as aloe vera gel, Hydrogen Peroxide, vinegar, etc. to counteract the itch. The clay mixed with some of those is effective for several hours to quell the itch and counteract swelling. So am having a WONDERFUL time meeting the challenges!!! I do worry about the challenges tho to our health freedoms so we can continue to use tried and true " remedies " instead of poisonous and faked up prescription drugs, or isolated 1 ingredient follies instead of wholistic answers. IF I were a young, healthy, and RICH attorney working for either a tribal government or protected non-profit I would be going for class-actions vs. the criminal enterprises, conspiracies, which have, and are, controlled access to knowledge and health care for the poor or those who want the FACTS, and constitutional challenges to free speech about health, (or anything else)!! If any have suggestions as to tried and true ID of either Hawthorne or Juniper, I'm sure I can probably find them here in Creighton, Nebraska. Speaking of finding in Creighton, Nebraska: A week ago I found what I've now identified as a Golden Tortoise beetle via the internet out amongst the morning glories by my front doorstep, first listed in THIS part of the country on one govt. website .. it looked for all the world like a gold earring post, but which moved. I took it in to show it to my grandchildren and it flew away in house when we'de stared at it for several seconds .. have not found it since. HOWEVER, it has sure piqued our curiosity and have NOT found any " adequate " answers as to HOW certain tiny beetles apparently metabolize certain vine plants, (like morning glory, sweet potato, etc. so that they totally appear like GOLD!! Some process HAS to be at work converting something in those vines to minute atoms of GOLD which gathers in the shells of those particular beetles as it did not EVEN appear as " fakey " as poor gold jewelry, gold-paint, or fools gold. There HAS to be some non-researched conversion/metabolism bio-tech answer as to how the little goldbugs make gold!!! Perhaps with the help of DMSO to transdermal whatever, we really could ingest the ingredients and have a GoldFinger!! Thanks again for the help. Yes, I do use the cayenne pepper extract (home made) liberally now. Hopefully the intersect of old age and infirmities will start a level off and then plunge on the chart with renewed health and wellness program regimen. Guest guest
>With congestive heart failure (cardiomyopathy), Co-Enzyme Q10 at large doses is a must, and also extra magnesium. Magnesium is also indicated strongly with angina type pain. Cayenne alone will not rebuild the heart muscle as that fellow that wrote the book LEFT FOR DEAD (?) found out. Jp< Yes, you are very right, and even I know it and forget it. For that it bears repeating as I did above. I was in a hurry and also am a bit weary of repeating my own problems. On the single worst day of my heart problems last year, it was CoQ10 that kept me conscious, literally. I was nearly fainting about every 2-3 minutes until I took it. My heart was threatening to stop. I drove myself to the local HFS and had to drive slow and stay super alert for a place to veer off the road if I felt too faint to drive. Call me crazy, but I was NOT calling an ambulance because I knew that even if they did figure out what was wrong with me it would be too late. Also, no one else was at home to drive me. Cayenne was not doing the trick. At that time although CoQ10 helped enormously, the real problem was a lack of salt. And yes, magnesium is very good for angina and particularly magnesium taurate. Yesterday when I replied the thing that was freshest in my mind was my experience Wednesday which I did not take time to tell... Because I've been taking Brewer's Yeast and Diamond V XPC Yeast, I've had WAY more energy. I've had to use every bit of it to survive in this economy. I have been outside sweating profusely and have had one heck of a challenge keeping nutrients in me. Every time I turn around my heart is low on something and starts to flutter. Earlier this week, it was potassium that I needed. Intense eating of raisins and dates made me flutter free for two days. Now it's fluttering again so something else is missing. It may be CoQ10 and I'll take some just as soon as I stop typing. Anyway back to Wednesday: During a period of extreme heat, humidity and exertion I got a pretty bad case of angina. I had raisins and dates with me and they helped but not enough. After driving down the road for a while I remembered I had some Cayenne with me. I stopped and took a teaspoon of it with water and the angina disappeared in about 2 minutes and hasn't returned since. So naturally I was on a cayenne kick. OK, outta here to take that CoQ10. Oh and BTW, I finally, last night, went on once a month standing order for " Cardio C " (the Rath-ing formula) from the Vitamin C Foundation. Daddybob No virus found in this outgoing message. Guest guest
Hi, Yes, I have been taking 300 mg. daily of the COQ10 but will soon be switching to the 100 mg. Superb Co\Q10 included in the Byron 's Wellness Resources " LeptiCardio Pack which also has Leptinal, Daily Super E, PoliBlue(extracts policosanol & blueberry)Pantethine and Muscle Mag which he says is " the most important mineral to relax the circulatory system and smooth out the nerve signals to the heart. Helps to quiet a feeling of tension, agitation or irritation -- all factores that are stressful to teh heart. " The other new product is TriVeratol Plus of Dr. Whitaker which is a combo of QMatrix aloe extracts, tumeric's extracts, and resveratrol extracts from red wine and grapes or some such which he states, " All in all, 100 mg of Res Vinol-25 (exactly the amount in new Triveratrol Plus) gives you the same amount of healthy resveratrol as 170 glasses of red wine! " and the aloe blend, " packs a big youth-boosting punch. With over 200 nourishing compounds, aloe promotes health throughout your body when you take it as a supplement—from your digestion and immune system to your joints, urinary tract, and even blood sugar levels. " , and as to the tumeric, " turmeric, which is an excellent source of curcumin, another one of nature's hardest-hitting antioxidants. On top of being a premier free-radical fighter, curcumin excels at promoting a normal inflammatory response. Every cell in your body responds to the curcumin in turmeric. However, research is now focusing on how it specifically affects brain function. Preliminary evidence suggests that curcumin helps reduce inflammation and oxidative stress in your brain. The 200 mg daily dose you get in new Triveratrol Plus may hold the key to long-term mental clarity and healthy brain function. " Now, I've got to renew my DHEA, my Tri-Est hormones, 1000 mg. of Carlson Norwegian Cod Liver Oil & couple miscellaneous. (Please excuse my faulty grammar and citations here .. I'm going for speed and ease of putting this together accurately. I appreciate everyone sharing their experiences and infos here and wish each best wishes with their quest for better health. Thanks again, Joyce > > Joyce - are you also taking Co-EnzymeQ10? > > Jane >
Guest guest
Yes, I am now switching from 300 mg. day with 1 formula to a more comprehensive packet but with 100 mg. made up differently with other supplemental stuff so hopefully more efficient and effective. I posted that in another answer yesterday I believe re the 2 new supplement regimens with Triveratrol Plus, Dr. Whitakers and LeptiCardio pack or some such from Wellness Resources. It IS so expensive and the Medicare Plan D won't allow us to " prevent " use of prescription drugs! Regarding the asthma inhaler etc. Both my husband & I had diagnoses of COPD and had started using them when I read about Lugol's solution (Iodine) and the regimens to use it ... It has helped so many " conditions " of ours along with the DMSO. Yes, I knew that plants do have minute amounts of gold which is why the " Goldbugs " metabolism is so intriguing to me. Like, living goldmines. It seems odd no one is interested in " exploiting " them, raising them, etc. to " harvest " gold, sort of like the silk-worms with their STRONG threads, and spider webs now being used for all sort of basis even for armors I understand. And read sometime ago about fireflies being genetically implanted or whatever with the DNA thing into some sort of crop (tobacco?) which then glowed. These things are fascinating even tho the ETHICS, (or lack thereof), and the absurd and ridiculous recklessness of such genetic tinkering are very worrisome and I fear undermining nutrition as we know it with genetically modified foods. The one that REALLY has me concerned is the implantation of human DNA into sheep, ( & God knows how else they're crossing " boundaries " where angels would fear to tread; as in " fools rush in where angels fear to tread " , not in the sinner/saint sense but common sense use of " human intelligence?? " ) When are we going to be " factory-farming " partial humans?? And ... is the " factory-farming " as cruelly practiced today not totally stupid and inhumane?? How long can WE survive by undermining the quality of life of other sentient beings by penning them up where their lifespan is totally compromised so they HAVE to be " sold for market " long before range-animals ever would, AFTER absorbing scads of antibiotics to keep them alive through the horrible ingestion of urine and stinking manure they live in where the air quality is so compromised it seeps into the cars as one drives by even with the air-conditioner on with 'recycle " on so it doesn't let in a bit ... my heart and soul goes out to the poor trapped beasties. Especially since, as an old farmer, (not on the farm anymore), but having had MANY animal " friends " and seen their soul; privileged to have raised thousands of " babies " , (calves, pigs, chickens, sheep, dogs, cats, etc., looked into their eyes and understood their fears, cries, joys and sorrows ... I cringe when I even think of the inhumanity our society practices NOW ... Yes, I eat meat, but I have never tolerated cruelty whenever I've been in a position to do anything about it. I am sure I am not the only frustrated " humane " human and such frustration, hurt and anger about the conditions " others " have to live in does NOT do anyone's own " wholistic, integral humanity " any good ... it harms us!! So our society " numbs up " , dumbs up " and " shuts up " to tolerate those corporate cruelties and exploitations of LIFE 101 so we can survive ourselves. It is backwards from the laws which were first in place. Our nations first laws to prevent cruelty to women and children FOLLOWED anti-cruelty laws for animals! Hows that for a turn-around? How about " Equal Dignity " for all sentient species with cruelty and violence and inhumane " living conditions " being the PRIMARY emphasis rather than JUST " economic development " ... can we envision a " better world " ?? Sorry, gang, if my getting carried away has offended anyone, but to me it is all part of the same " whole " !! Cheers to all in our quests for a better life. Joyce Joyce - are you also taking Co-EnzymeQ10? > > ~Jane~ > ________________ > > Co-Enzyme Q-10 is very expensive, my husband takes it and the closer he gets to retirement age, the scarier the thought of the expensive supplements and meds. He is showing interest in what has happened to me since getting off prescription drugs some years ago now. I am much healthier and the prescription drugs were killing me I was having so many interactions and side effects. > > I have learned to make my own tinctures and quit taking prescriptions drugs except for my asthma inhaler which I use sparingly and now take Lobelia or Butterbur tincture to help control it. I also do cleanses a few times a year to keep the toxins at bay. Helps with breathing difficulties, I add a little DMSO to some of my tinctures and have one for pain that I add quite a bit to. The older I get the more I seem to ache. I guess this means I know what it feels like to grow older. OUCH! > > Joyce, did you know that most vegetation has gold in it because it grows from the earth and gold of course is in our earth. That is why juicing is so beneficial, lots of live phyto nutrients. Not to mention gold that strengthens our immune systems and other beneficial minerals. > > Blessings, Micki > ________________ >
