Guest guest
DB Have you considered retracement? Perhaps that's what's going on at this point. And while I have you, thank you for your forthrightness and clarity. I had the nerve to actually use some cs/dmso in my eyes and then help a friend because of your experiences. And I'm finding a difference in the way my eyes are reacting. One was badly bruised last Spring (trunk tie-down got me) and it continues to spew forth stuff long after the other has had no discharge. Might be the injury, might be upper sinus on that side; might be whatever it is that makes my left side act differently than my right side with fatty acid intake. Wouldn't have done it without you. I have an 81 yr old friend scheduled for cataract surgery 9/10 who started on morning and night eye drops of mixture of CS 80%/DMSO 20%. I'd used it for a week or so and then made a bottle for her to see if she can clear up the cataracts before then. Someone else suggested that flax oil would soften the deposits but that would make it too complicated for her to actually do. As is I call her morning and night to remind her to use them. 8 years ago she had the surgery scheduled for after Christmas and on Thanksgiving began using C-Herb drops. Her eyes improved so much she canceled the surgery. What I don't know is if it was placebo effect but doesn't matter, it served her well for 8 years. Keep us posted. Guest guest
That is interesting. I am passing this along to an elderly cousin that suffers from twitching and uncontrollable eye blinking. Her doctors have been giving her injections in her eyelids. Nikki ps, sorry about the misspell of your name in my last post. I looked up and saw it right as I hit send. The end of summer is in sight and my left eye fungal hot-weather-only infection has not resurfaced since my first couple of uses of my eye drop formula. The right eye, which I found out was harboring my ancient bacterial infection, is another matter. Something is going on. I think that infection has crawled up into my right eyelid. I've been having increasing spasms and flutters up there. The reason I think it is from that ancient bacterial infection is because... Several years ago, before my headlong backwards fall into alternatives, my eyelids would flutter and spas-out so bad that sometimes I had to stop driving and hold my hands tightly over my eyelids to get them to behave. There was one time that I really got worried about it, it took me about an hour to be able to drive again. All that stuff stopped long ago as I began to find things that put my infection on the run. This present episode is nowhere near that bad but boy oh boy is it ever aggravating. About 2 weeks ago this started with itching in that eye. I've now started using my mix in both eyes again and an interesting thing has happened- it makes my right eye itch like mad but does not bother my left at all. DMSO and iodine both can cause itching, but it may be that this itch comes from these substances attacking something, I just don't know. I just find it very intersting that my left eye doesn't itch so I'm assuming the eyedrops have found something to attack in my right eye. Twitching, Daddybob PS- Heart is WAAAY better since quitting coffee, 9th day now, but there have been numurous withdrawal effects; I'll write more when I think that is over. /terms/
Guest guest
Re: Eyes again ..Hi, Group: If anyone has tried DMSO with Magnascent or other combination for macular degeneration...either wet or dry.....please post results. I know that DB has done so, would be keenly interested in further examples. Just last week, I sent some pure liquid honey mixed with DMSO to an aunt who has dry macular degeneration. I do not have Magnascent on hand and economics have prevented me from ordering it. However, I have personally used the DMSO and honey combination for dry, itching, over worked eyes with marvellous success and can only hope that it may help my aunt. My reasoning is, but I am certainly not a medical person, that the chances of DMSO helping for dry macular degeneration are greater than that of it helping the wet macular degeneration....just my own conclusions. Cordially, Taffy I have an 81 yr old friend scheduled for cataract surgery 9/10 who started on morning and night eye drops of mixture of CS 80%/DMSO 20%. Guest guest
>DB you're not taking St 's Wort are you? This has caused this twitching eye symptoms in my eyes/face.< Jane- I haven't taken SJW in years, it made me feel flat, I didn’t like it. Aside from the possibility that this may be an entrenchment of my " ancient infection " , I may have caught something in my right eye about 3 weeks ago, and that may be what's going on. I have been using my eyedrops intensively yesterday and this morning and the twitching & itching both are better, but not completely gone. And while I have you, thank you for your forthrightness and clarity.< Saralou- I googled retracement, but didn't see a medical definition, can you explain for me? You're welcome, a lot of people have shared a lot of things with me so I just send it back. I had used DMSO for years externally before a friend told me about her experience taking it orally, so I knew I could do it. After the oral ingestion cleared up something in my left eye, I just decided I had to try it in a drop formula. I'm still very careful to say that it should probably always be diluted at no stronger than 1 drop DMSO into one fluid ounce of saline. Guest guest
I've used my drops intensely since Friday. Most of the itching stopped midday yesterday (Saturday). The eyelid twitching is definitely WAY down. But- my eyes are now feeling pretty dry. DB
