Hi Lois,

No -carnitine is not the same and not the one we are talking about

and is very different than carnosine other than caritine and carnosine are amino

acids I believe. Almost every site I went to said not

to confuse these two. Again we are talking about carnosine -which I

hear there are no side effects from use. The carnitine I read some not as

nice things about (I don't even want to mention the bathroom stuff

for obvious reasons!!!) Again the bathroom side effects were from

carnitine -not carnosine -the one Sallie just sent us the reports
