Wildfire season...here we go...

Well...this is the start of wildfire season in Florida...and theres already fires burning. Today there is one close by here b/c Ive been able to smell it all day long. The smell of the smoke has gotten worse as the day went on here. Today is my laundry day, and of course I have to go outside to get to my washer & dryer. Normally smoke doesnt bother me...but for some reason it did this past time I went out to change over my laundry. Was outside for 5 minutes...came in and coughed for 5 minutes. Its a shame too b/c Id like to open the windows...but now I know better than to try.

The interesting thing is they had red flag warnings posted for all the counties around us...but not us. I looked on our 911 site and there is a brush fire going on about 10 miles north of my house...go figure.
