My daughter also had the same thing. She had the flat line and it

should be bell shaped. The hearing test wasn't too bad but the ENT

noted that she was reading lips. She also said their hearing is

muffled - like hearing underwater and it could account for her

speech/language problems. We had her ears drained and tubes put in.

The words she did have were somewhat clearer - but in the end, it

wasn't really the problem, but it certainly wasn't helping. I think

you just have to wait and see - but after draining, they will be

hearing differently - Good Luck
