Happy Belated birthday, Jill!! sounds like you had a wonderful day. I

looked at your pictures too, and they all looked great. I love to

explore neat little shops like that, and the beach seemed like such a

relaxing place to be, too!

you can lie on a towel and hold it above your head to support your head and

neck

also if using an exercise pad you can hold & lift the top instead of a towel.

and a big congratulations to you on doing the advanced, that's a great

achievement.

Look after your neck, remember the 'towel tip' to give your head support

when doing ab work. Oh and another tip is to fix your eyes on a point in

the ceiling and lift your face towards it (it's easier than that orange

under your chin) With a bit of practice you learn the knack of picking

suitable points for the move you are doing and it does take the pressure

of your neck, esp when combined with using the towel too.
