I¹m impressed that you could do all those things and not at all surprised

that you are in such bad shape. Rest and be good to yourself and don¹t be

surprised if it takes weeks to recover.

Have you ever tried Dr. Bell¹s protocol? I tried it briefly (about a month)

and didn¹t notice any difference. I have later learned that it takes a

couple (maybe 3 ) months to see any improvement. I have often wondered if,

when we exercise, we build up nitrite oxide, and that is why we feel so

dreadful after exercise. Just a thought.

I¹m tried of spending money with on return in benefits but I am also

interested in anything that can give me relief or energy.

If anyone has tried the Bell protocol I would love to hear about it.
