Enzymes aren't particularly necessary after using a bioelectronic regimen although they can help prevent and alleviate detox reactions. The best I have found for the money is Enzymatic Therapy Megazymes. They are plain enzymes with no acids. I also like RenewLife Digestmore, which is also a non-acidic type, and it also contains herbs which heal and soothe the digestive tract. To help digestion, enzymes are taken with meals. To fight inflammation and some illnesses they are taken between meals. turf

Are you familiar with it, or know your recommendations are better? Maybe others are cheaper, but if you are battling a serious condition, you need the best. My bride takes six Wobenzyme before every meal, and when we run out, things start going poorly. __________________________________________________

I have found Megazymes as good or better than Wobenzyme, plus they are a much better value, especially considering they are the only widely available 10x enzymes on the market. Further, they are made by Enzymatic Therapy - if you don't like them, you get your money back. I like Digestmore since it is plant based, which many people want, plus the herbs often provide immediate relief from intestinal problems. They are only 4x enzymes, and not as good an antiinflammatory as Megazymes, but are better at healing. As far as antiinflammatories go, I like Enzymatic Therapy Bromelain Plus since it can be taken in large quantities if needed and is one of the only non-petrochemical polluted bromelains I have found. turf
Guest guest
Turf, Thanks so much for the suggestions. I had no idea there was such variety. I have some Wobenzymes here and some bromelain/ papain. I think the Wobes might be overkill since I am only using them to cut down the detox symptoms. Your Megazymes seems like a good one and that manufacturer, as you pointed out, is reliable. Thanks again, Marisol > I have found Megazymes as good or better than > Wobenzyme, plus they are a much better value, > especially considering they are the only widely > available 10x enzymes on the market.
