Guest guest
Hi , This is way off the topic of seizures and such but I couldn't help but respond when I saw the statement you made about " spending all day in the pool... " so pardon me while I vent. I am beginning to dread summer time because in the pool is pretty much where I spend every vacation and family gathering if there is a pool anywhere in sight! People say to me " there are worse things in life " but sometimes it feels more like being held hostage than spending leisurely time poolside. Shane will tantrum if we try to leave the premises to attempt some other activity. My daughter is usually pretty good about it but gets sick of swimming after a while. It doesn't seem to matter how much we talk and explain and show pictures of other actives Shane just shuts us out. Oh well, if anyone has any suggestions I'd love to hear em! Thanks for listening. Lillian Re: [ ] Fatty acids/seizures/Dr. Chez Deirdre, Yes Ann Moser is Dr. Hugo Moser's wife. There are different kinds of lipid panels offered. There is a serum panel that looks for metabolic problems like ALD (adrenoleukodystrophy) or the red cell lipid panel that is what we are talking about here. Yes, e-mail me any time, it is a bit crazy with Forrest wanting to spend all day in the pool, and evenings with visiting my mother-in-law in the hospital, but I will try to get back with you. Guest guest
Lillian, My son is an only child, and he is pretty much of a loner, he likes playing alone. I let him take his toys outside to the pool. I also have the pool where if I had to run in the house, I can still see him from inside. But I do know what you mean, I feel like I cannot take my eyes off of him for even a second. Perhaps, if you had a place where you could put the pool where you can see him, or get one of the smaller pools, that I use and just cover up the larger pool. He likes that pool, because I let him put bubble bath in it. Or put something else he likes to play with outside. Best,
