A Spinealator is a brand of table that has an adjustable roller that cams up

and down and in so doing it moves and loosens your spine.

You still meet folks in the waiting room of my chiropractor but I doubt that

many women would want to do the roundy round adjustment thing. I on the other

hand wouldn't mind the view of some of my fellow female patients getting their

adjustments..........

Hi Eugene, The spinealator

sounds great. I might have to

look around and see if any

chiropractors are close enough

that I could drive there that

use a spinealator. No reason I

can't have my relaxing time

and a bit stronger adjustment

too. As I said, I have thought

many times that a good

" bone-cracking " adjustment

might be of some help. Might

as well check it out now that

you've given me some

information to attack it with.
