Guest guest
A Spinealator is a brand of table that has an adjustable roller that cams up and down and in so doing it moves and loosens your spine. You still meet folks in the waiting room of my chiropractor but I doubt that many women would want to do the roundy round adjustment thing. I on the other hand wouldn't mind the view of some of my fellow female patients getting their adjustments..........
Guest guest
Hi Eugene, The spinealator sounds great. I might have to look around and see if any chiropractors are close enough that I could drive there that use a spinealator. No reason I can't have my relaxing time and a bit stronger adjustment too. As I said, I have thought many times that a good " bone-cracking " adjustment might be of some help. Might as well check it out now that you've given me some information to attack it with.
