hud program for housing? off topic....

i am just wondering if anyone has experience with the HUD program

that the city usually provides for first time home buyers? Also i

have heard that there is program that the city or government provides

funding to make your home accessiable if you qualify under some

guidelines. We are looking for a home and would like to make it

wheelchair accessiable for our child. we have been renting for about

4 yrs now and feel that it is time to buy a home. Does anyone know of

any government funding for this?
