Topical Anti-Itch/Fungal Ointment made with Linopinate

Greetings Group,

In the past I read about an anti-itch/anti-fungal topical ointment made with linopanate ointment compounded with boric acid which someone said was very effective for itching from yeast overgrowth.

If someone has a source of such an ointment or just the linopanate ointment and the formula if I need to have a local pharmacy or Key Pharmacy make it up I would

really appreciate it. I have a patient who has what appears to be a yeast rash on her scalp and we can't seem to get the itching under control while she is working on treating the yeast overgrowth with all the necessary internal treatments

Hi Ilene,Bezwecken makes a linopanate ointment, but it's extremely sticky - can't imagine using it on the scalp. You can order it from Natural Partners and check it out.
