I think maybe you need to explain that you so love helping out there but

that you are ill and can only do so much or not be able to do anything

at all. I too am like you and don't want to let folks down, but really

if you don't take care of yourself no one else will.

i can't write much at the moment, am having a bad relapse, my first serious one

to scare you, but YOU have to take responsibility of you, as everyone has said.

i didn't ease up until i was too ill to do anything, i don't know if i've done

any permanent

damage, reduced my chances of ever recovering. i've come to the conclusion that

m.e. is

about me, no one else. it goes against my thinking completely,but i know now,

that i have to

think like that and NOT worry what others are thinking about me not working etc.

ease u and don't allow yourself to feel guilty about looking after yourself,

give yourself a

chance of future

take good, good care of yourself,
