wow! Thanks Debbie. Very cool info about calcium intakes and absorption

of calcium. I get charlie horses at night too, and sometimes potassium

helps, and sometimes it does not. I am 50+, and because we live in

southeastern arizona, I know that sometimes it is due to sweating and

potassium levels, but am thinking calcium levels are talking to me now.

can you take a multivitamin? I started taking one and outside of the pain in mouth I feel alot better

I do take a multivitamin, plus I drink milk, lots of cheese, and extra

potassium. The multivitamin is an excellent thing to take...I always

tried to make my kids eat the flintstone vitamins when they were growing

up...the kind you chew up and are flavored LOL!!

I'm trying but it's getting worse, I think I'm just going to show up when the office opens, I view this as an emergency and need to be seen, it's not something that can wait

The medication we use to control our asthma is the cause of leg and feet cramps so yet it does have everything to do with ASTHMA!
