I must have missed something. I don't recall seeing

your POPS recipe. Anything that helps is good.

Well, Jane, it must have been that I transposed Ginseng for Ginger. Of

course, both will do even more and better but the basic is the Ginger, and

my apologies; should have been more careful. Good luck with your Pepper

Sauce, Obie.
