Tambra, Tae-bo tv is on pay per-view and available if you have a satellite dish like directv or dish network, or if you are lucky enough to have digital cable service in your area that offers it. It started airing in April and you could pay $3.99 a day for that day's workout or $19.95 a month for all the workouts that month. There was an instructional workout, a basic workout and an advanced workout every day and you would get new workouts every Monday and Friday. So, basically you'd get 2 new basic workouts and 2 new advanced workouts every week. It was really great...but unfortunately it's ending on June 30th! A whole bunch of us from this group went out to the tapings in February and were in about 5 of the tae-bo tv workouts that aired! I don't know if anyone told you the website that we have for this group, but there are a bunch of pictures of all of us at the tapings and there are also our introductions. The website is: http://taeboon.isportsdot.com/index.htm
