Just wanted to say hello and share some good news

I wanted to share my first vistit to a Rheumatologist. Two and half

weeks ago my doctor sent me to Doctor Singleton. He is a

Rheumatologist at the Army Hospital in San . Back in

December 2001 I was dianosed with fibromyalgia. I have been in pain

for about 5 years. It got to the point where I could barely get out

of bed and had to give up tennis and golf. Doctor Singleton wanted

to make sure there was nothing else wrong with me. He took ex-rays

and 14 blood test. He told me if I don't hear from him in two weeks

it means all my test came back normal. Well I haven't heard

anything. My next appointment is on Sept. 16. For now he put me on

naproxen,ultram,ambien and trazodone. I am feeling great. Not ready

yet for a game of tennis but I can walk through the flea market

without any trouble.

This is a wonderful doctor. He took time to listen to me and ask

questions that no other doctor ever asked. His nurses are great too.

Very friendly and helpful. I just wanted to share this with everyone

in the group. I send my prays out to everyone.
