I was so sorry to hear about your daughter’s abuse, and your husbands death

it must have been really hard for you to face that. Thank goodness you were

wary of that other man. It’s amazing, I’ve been through quiet a few drama’s

in my short life but still find it hard to believe there are people out

there who are really evil, it’s scary but we can’t stop our lives because of

them, just try our best to be aware and protect the ones we love when its

possible. It sounds like you are doing that really well now.

Thank you for your kind words on my little drama the other day. Your advice

to your daughters is the right advice, I am trying to live by those words

and not react at the same level. Normally I would cope better with this

kind of situation but these hormones are making me a bit wonky so I am a bit

more weepy and fragile than usual. The love and support I found here like a

big band aid. Like it really got “kissed better” :-)

We have talked about adopting if all this hormone stuff doesn’t work out but

it would be hard to do it here, it’s a small island so complicated but I

have friends who have adopted children from overseas (mainly Vietnam and

Bosnia). But for now I’m still hoping that this stuff is going to work.
