I believe it is only symptomatic relief although I might

help stop

progression?

What does cure is CMO or Cetyl Myristoleate. I take Jarrow

brand.

It is the reason rats and mice do not get arthritis.

Those two DO go into your bloodstream - they just have a bit more

eliminatory material attached to them - the most noticeable elimination of

the DMSO " left overs " is through the breath - V8 probably through the gut &

beer from the kidneys - most things go straight to the bloodstream as least

in part - thats how homeopathy is so effective - just from being in the

mouth.

My vet once put meds in my puppy's eye and she vomited within minutes (to

eliminate poison from her system @ 10 weeks - rat poison - and she's still

alive @ 14years) so wherever there is good vascular perfusion there is good

and instant response.

My M.D. uncle saw me putting honey in my tea as a small child, while everybody

else put sugar, and said " That's good -- you'll never have arthritis that way. "

Rats and mice have no occasion for repeated-motion trauma in factors, and don't

jog much.

PS my point was that DMSO has the effect (as I understand it) of injecting stuff

into your bloodstream. I would think a hypodermic full of V8 would be fatal --

just an analogy here. Of course ingesting DMSO in the stomach would,

theoretically, carry the other contents of the stomach into the bloodstream

through the stomach lining as well --half-processed food, hydrochloric acid etc.

Just curious about a seeming anomaly.

It seems that it is because they make Cetyl Myristoleate. At

least that is what the

conclusion of the research was. There is a report of

Bradley doing private

research, I found it on the silverlist.org. Two groups took

MSM, Glucosamine and

Chondroiton, and CMO. The CMO groups took the CMO for ten

days or ninety days.

At a four year follow up the improvement in their arthritis

symptoms persisted. I

do not have details of the study but it was enough for me to

try it. I have been

taking the CMO only, not the other three supplements and I

get great relief from

my symptoms.

Interesting - thanks - I started taking a course of CMO in July but by Sept

I was in agony but spurred on by DB suddenly a week later was pain free and

am still pain free and at the moment improving further even - I stopped the

CMO at the end of Sept. It will be interesting to see how long it lasts -

apparently they are finding that fruit acids also contribute to arthritic

symptoms/pains more than many things so I have eliminated this for the

moment too.

I eliminated tomatoes and cut way back on peppers, had

already stopped eggplant and

white potatoes with only occasional sweet potatoes. Three

days after stopping tomatoes I had

significant improvement in my arthritis symptoms. I had been

eating them a lot for the past

four months, and my symptoms had gotten MUCH worse around

this time.

Tomatoes are a fruit. And considered toxic by the

ns. Also all of the above foods

are night shades. I do not eat much fruit at all. Having

backed off of fruit the year or so

before due to the high carb content.

They add " fruit acid " to a heap of commercial products too now - I do miss

fruit juice sometimes - but water is better anyway!

I have used my MWO on my hands before I had stopped eating

tomatoes or started

taking CMO. It did not help at that point although it really

helped my knees.

What exactly is microelectricity ?

Ok, so I just got some CMO. I don't have a problem, but it's for "just in case". Mine is the wax. I know DB said he takes that on a spoon but I tried a bit and major YUCK. Lol I guess I could down in, but--

Anyway, I'm wondering about how long a person is suppose to take it. Just until the pain stops (a bit longer to make sure it says stopped for a while) or do you continue to take it as a preventative? Or do you take it every so often as a preventative--like say one week out of each month?

Oh, and it is strictly for arthritis pain? My brother has a hip that is bothering him and the doctor said most the cartilage is gone, so it's bone on bone. Does the CMO help with that?

CMO allegedly resurfaces the joints with the hyaline cartilage and then you take the Hyaluronic Acid which gradually refills the joint spaces with hyaline fluid - there are protocols of course

Pretty good info here:

http://www.discount-vitamins-herbs.net/cetylmyristoleate.htm

It boils down to: you have to take enough, too little is no good.

You need to take it for a month.

After that, you're good to go for a very long time, perhaps forever.

Ok, so I just got some CMO. I don't have a problem, but it's for " just in

case " . Mine is the wax. I know DB said he takes that on a spoon but I tried a

bit and major YUCK. Lol I guess I could down in, but--

Anyway, I'm wondering about how long a person is suppose to take it. Just until

the pain stops (a bit longer to make sure it says stopped for a while) or do you

continue to take it as a preventative? Or do you take it every so often as a

Oh, and it is strictly for arthritis pain? My brother has a hip that is

bothering him and the doctor said most the cartilage is gone, so it's bone on

bone. Does the CMO help with that?

Samala,

****

Hi ,

When I got my hip dx, June '06. it was the same as your brother's. " You're on

track for a hip replacement " , said he.

I bought a highly recommended CMO, with enzymes formulated in it. It's

wonderful.

I took the first bottle of capsules (60, I think) shortly after seeing the Dr,

and I soon stopped hobbling and was walking normally. Pain disappeared.

I then (and now) take a good glucosamine formula daily, and a collagen formula

and hyaluronic acid---also daily.

This past July (2 yrs later) the hip flared up again. I ordered more of the

same CMO and before the bottle was empty I was completely pain free. A few

months ago, I even began to be able to lie on my hip for awhile. That " awhile "

has now lengthened when I realized I slept the other night for about 5 hours on

that side.

Generally one takes one bottle of the caps, but severe cases may have to use up

to 2 bottles.

Once pain/discomfort is gone, no more is taken.

Some fortunate souls never need it again, but most will need another course of

it from time to time. I will never be without it in this house again-------just

in case!

I get it from here: http://www.bestcmo.com/

Pricey, but I don't care-------I KNOW it works, and causes me no digestive or

taste discomfort.

When I bought the 2 bottle pkg it also came with CMO cream, which I completely

forget to use so I can't comment on it. I keep meaning to try it with DMSO, but

for now I don't need it.

If only someone would invent something that worked like that on fibromyalgia!

, I wonder if you could put this bulk form into capsules?

Best thing is to ask DB, I guess

I know he complained a lot about stomach discomfort with this form. I *think* he

may have decided to take it with food, but am not positive about that.

I'm sure he'll jump in here by tomorrow, or so.

I will check out the FM therapy; thanks! I'm waiting for some extra shekels to

show up so I can get some more magnets, preferably his set.

Sharon

Hey Sharon. Well, I guess I'll have to write Bob and ask him how he takes his,

because I got the same type he did--the pure wax. I know Bob said he just takes

some on a spoon and follows it with juice, if I remember right. I took a TINY

taste and though it doesn't actually taste bad, it coated my mouth with this

weird waxy feeling for about 5 minutes! Odd, to say the least.

But since I already have a whole kilo of this wax, I need to figure out how to

take it--and for how long and if I need to follow up with the acid like Jane

mentioned. Apparently the pure wax is way cheaper (from this source) than

buying it in pre-made capsules with supplements added to that. This stuff lasts

too, so this one kilo should last for years--and keep that long, without

spoiling too, so I figured I might as well go for the larger and cheaper supply.

As I said, neither I nor my husband " need " it, but my brother does, and I figure

sooner or later we'd have a personal need for it. Better to have it on hand

right when I need it, no matter how long down the road that might be.

Sharon, Kulish says that the magnet therapy in his book should pretty well

take care of fibro after about 4 months. You might want to check that section

out.

Did you grind it up first?

No. I just touched some to my tongue, and it wound up coating my whole mouth! Yuck. But I wasn't sure how to go about using it--the seller said something about people mixing it with flax seed and rolling it into little balls. So I was thinking it might have to be melted to do that--and wasn't sure if melting would destroy it's healing ability.

But now that I've read DB's posts on grinding or grating it, I think I have something here I can experiment with. Now that company is gone I'll probably do that later this week.

I already know that Bob is tougher than I am, so I'm already cringing at just taking some between taking food. I can't see how the food will get rid of that mouth coating--but I guess I'll find out. :-)
