Guest guest
Apparently my little hand-operated rotary parmesan cheese grater is long gone, but I think one of those would work. I pressed a chunk in a garlic press. I had to clean it out wuth an ice pick but it does work. Slow and wasteful though. Food processor with the grinding blade makes a nice but coarse powder. It's fine by me. Don't put too much in there but if you're used to using a FP with the grinding blade then you'll know not to do too much at one time. The CMO should be cold and it might be best to pre-chill the FP bowl and grinder blade. Daddybob
