Asthma triggers/acid reflux

I think most of us know what our asthma triggers are, but I have had a

lot of problems with acid reflux and I have come to the conclusion that

we have triggers for acid reflux also. I took a lot of different meds

for my acid reflux and I was trying to stop taking some of those meds

and I discovered there are certain foods that will set me off. Its a

viscous circle. If my acid reflux acts up, so does my asthma. What

does everyone else think?

Wow! Great information and I think everyone that has acid reflux should check out these web sites. They make a lot of sense too.

It came at a good time too. I spent half the night in recliner because I did not know if I was having an asthma attach or was it acid reflux? Treated both. Lol
