Guest guest Posted January 12, 2012 Report Share Posted January 12, 2012 Help! I am so sleep deprived its not even funny. My dr.refuses to give me anything to sleep? I do not understand why. I take Klonopin 1mg 3 times a day,and a beta blocker~ Propanolol 10 mgs twice a day, that is it. He said that any and all sleep meds interfere with the meds I take. He used to give me flexeril to sleep,but now says there is a huge contraindication with that, and klonopin. I have hardly slept since Christmas! I was told that fibro causes " racing thoughts " Has anyone heard of this... any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
