Hi Al, thought I would let you know that Laud & 's Parlor Ice Cream

closed briefly this summer; but re-opened with a sandwich bar along with the

regular ice cream...regular for the parlor....let me know when your on your

yearly trip to and maybe I could meet you at the parlor....marge

Hi Marge,

I hope it still has its " vintage " look. 's mom was born at Foote

Hospital and has cousins on Gillett's Lake (sp?).

I love Laud & 's. Are their sandwiches as big as the ice cream?

We may very well make a trip in the fall. It's so beautiful during

that time of year. I'll let you know.

Hi Al, to be honest I haven't been to the parlor since it re-opened; but my

friends son said the sandwiches were great!and the ice cream as big as ever.

At 18, he didn't talk much about the " vintage " look....I would love to meet

you and your wife when you visit the parlor...just give me a day notice and

i'll make sure to arrange my schedule at work....marge
