Guest guest Posted December 16, 2008 Report Share Posted December 16, 2008 These last few days I just can't seem to get out from under the darn asthma. I was up until 4am this am wired from the darn inhalers and nebulizer and was up and in the shower by 5:30. My ds was here this am with me, as he works night's and knew I was having trouble with my asthma and was up all night, well he covered me up and had the kids do circle time and story time with him so I could sleep on the couch. Well I have exhausted all my avenues and have just called my PCP, He's out to lunch but the nurse and I both think he's going to say go to the ER for a stronger treatment since my peak flows are low and a steroid shot and oxygen. This upsets me because my oldest has plans to go Christmas shopping with his girlfriend and my youngest has his Christmas band concert tonight. I have never NOT been able to come out of a fit like this! ADVISE PLEASE! Terry I know God will not give me anything I can't handle.
